BBC RADIO BROADCASTS A FLAVOUR OF DIOCESAN SYNOD

Listeners to the long-established BBC Radio 4 Daily Service, in Britain and around the world, have been given a flavour of the Diocese in Europe’s Synod which closed on Thursday evening in Cologne.

The fifteen-minute act of worship is one of the longest running religious programmes on radio and offers a service of  hymns and a meditation with prayers. The current week’s theme is Mission in a variety of locations and BBC Producer Andrew Earis travelled to Cologne to record the service which included a short talk by Bishop Robert, prayers and inter views with four clergy and hymns recorded in the Pro-Cathedral of Valetta, Malta.
