CHRISTINGLES, ANGELS AND CHOIRS ON THE COSTA DEL SOL

We invited some of your Christmas pictures and stories for our seasonal section of the website.

Sandy Wright from the Costa del Sol (East) in Spain sent this entertaining set of snaps which we are delighted to feature here. He writes; These are photos from two of our Christmas Eve family services in St Andrew’s Chaplaincy Costa del Sol East, that included Christingles and a chocolate nativity story.

The first Christmas Eve service was held in Alhaurin and led by Father Alaric where over 60 people gathered to celebrate Christmas with their families. Later Calahonda , led by Cannon John Sutton, started their service with carols sung in the street, followed by the Nativity story told with the help of chocolate. Children were able to dress up and join in the Nativity scene as well as sing carols and lead the prayers.
