The Anglican Church Basel is an English-speaking international Church. We hold two services every Sunday: a contemporary service with Children’s and Youth Ministry at 10:30 at the Adventhaus, Rümelinbachweg 60, Basel, and a traditional service of either Evening Prayer or Holy Communion at 17:30 in the Niklauskapelle, situated in the cloisters of Basel Münster. Please see our website for details of how to get to our service locations.

Our aim is to show the love of Christ among the English-speaking community in the Basel region. All are warmly invited to join us regardless of nationality and whatever church background (or none) that you come from.

The Basel chaplaincy is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Chaplaincy Safeguarding Officer, PSOs. The Diocese of Europe’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
