Last weekend, Archdeacon Peter Hooper joined Bishop Michael Langrish on a trip around Northern France. The Bishop held three confirmation services in three different chaplaincies, over three consecutive days. 

With Vendee on Friday, Maisons-Laffitte on Saturday and Strasbourg on Sunday, Bishop Michael confirmed in total some 26 candidates and preached to over 200 congregation members. 

Peter Hooper shared: "Despite the significant travel (exclusively by train), such a tangible witness of faith once again demonstrates the healthy status of many of our worshipping communities and the Diocese as a whole."
