The Coronation Podcast: A New Series to Mark the Anniversary
Last year, we were excited to announce a new podcast called The Crown Uncovered, series 1 of the Wayfarer Podcast series, which focused on unravelling the theological significance of the coronation rite.
The series is hosted by Revd Canon William Gulliford, Director of Ordinands in the Diocese in Europe and Vicar of St Mark’s, Regent’s Park and the Vicar of St John’s Wood, the Revd Dr Anders Bergquist.
As 6th May is the anniversary of the coronation, a new series has been produced by the Crown Uncovered team to mark the occasion. The series features 7 episodes reviewing the rite.
William states,
"As we give thanks for the King's welcome return to public duties and as we celebrate the anniversary of his and the Queen's coronation, it is timely to reflect on the significance of that remarkable service. So we continue in our daily prayers to exclaim, 'O Lord, save the King!'"
