St Mark’s Versailles with St Paul’s Gif-sur-Yvette - Chaplain
Chaplain - St Mark's Versailles
WELCOME TO ST MARK’S
The chaplaincy of St Mark’s consists of two Anglican churches within the diocese of Europe: St Mark’s in Versailles and our small ‘daughter church’ St Paul’s in Gif-sur-Yvette, 18 km to the south. The chaplaincy is part of the Archdeaconry of France and is under the patronage of the Intercontinental Church Society. This chaplaincy profile will give you a flavour of who we are, what we do, and how we pray to grow in our discipleship and service of Christ.
OUR VISION
St Mark’s with St Paul’s exists so that individuals can grow in their knowledge of and relationship with Jesus Christ, learning to share His Life with the world. We seek to be moulded, strengthened, and equipped through the Word, by the power of God’s Spirit, such that God’s love may flow through us and draw others to Jesus.
ICS sees an experienced, enthusiastic, evangelical priest to lead the diverse, family-friendly international Anglican church of St Mark's and daughter congregation situated to the south-west of Paris.
He/she needs well-developed pastoral and teaching skills, have a desire to see people of all ages grow in faith and have a heart for France, in order to lead the congregation to fulfil their mission statement.
