Christ Church, located in the heart of Lausanne, is seeking a new full-time priest to join its vibrant worshipping community and bring a strong pastoral sense with inspirational sensitive leadership.

Our purpose is to be a welcoming place of worship, sharing God’s love with all. Shaped by Anglican tradition and practice, our church family is made up of people with a desire to worship in English; increasingly international and multicultural, we look to include people from all backgrounds and nations.

We are seeking an ordained priest with passion and enthusiasm to:

• Strengthen the life of the Church and the community as a whole
• Work within the worshipping community to develop vision and ways forward
• Build engagement and outreach, including with children and all-age groups
• Deliver pastoral care
• Support their own personal professional development.

We are offering a remuneration package that is aligned with standard practice in the Diocese in Europe and in accordance with Swiss requirements, and which includes a full stipend, pension contributions and membership of the excellent Swiss private health care system.  The successful candidate, if neither Swiss nor an EU national, will need to obtain the relevant French language qualification (intermediate B1 level) and the necessary work and residence permits.
