The Friends’ Committee, with the support of staff of the Diocesan and Bishops’ offices, will be hosting a virtual Service and Event on Tuesday, 20 October at 1730 BST (1830 CET). 

This is a Service of Celebration with the theme 'Vocation and Service'. You can access the Liturgy at the link.

Those taking part in the Service and Event, to be conducted by a Chaplain in the Diocese, will include The Bishop, The Suffragan Bishop and members of the Friends’ Committee. In addition, there will be contributions from two Ministry Experience Scheme (MES) interns; the Director of Lay Discipleship; the Bishop; and the Bishop’s Attaché to the European Institutions & Director of Communications.

There will be an opportunity to put questions to the MES interns.  Before the closing Prayers and Blessing, there will be time to socialise (virtually) in small groups.
