Concern / Allegation
Emergency: Immediate
Non-emergency: Within 24 hours
Any information will be reported and discussed with the DSA, or the Diocesan out-of-hours service if the concerns arise outside of normal office hours, within 24 hours.
The DSA / out-of-hours service will provide advice and guidance.
